About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead and scale our data function, covering data engineering, analytics, and data science. You will be responsible for defining and executing our modern data strategy, ensuring that our cross-functional teams have access to clean, trustworthy, and actionable insights to drive our product roadmap and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
- Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, including ELT pipelines, data modeling in DBT, orchestration with Airflow, and the maintenance of our Snowflake architecture.
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to define KPIs, build dashboards, and implement experimentation frameworks.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in data-focused roles, including 1 to 2 years of experience managing a technical team.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, DBT, and orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Experience working with modern data stacks, including Snowflake and ELT tools such as Stitch.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting and data science workflows.
- A solid understanding of data visualization tools like Metabase, as well as experience with experimentation and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
