We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us turn massive amounts of data into actionable insights that improve the experience for our global community.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Intern to join our team in Poland. This is an on-site internship designed for someone with a high level of expertise who is eager to apply their skills within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to influence our strategic direction through rigorous analysis.

Core responsibilities

Use SQL and platforms like Amplitude to query and interpret complex datasets, allowing us to monitor performance and identify new growth opportunities.
Design and maintain intuitive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators for various stakeholders across the company.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects, ensuring that our strategic initiatives are backed by solid evidence and clear insights.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly in English. We are looking for candidates who possess:

A deep understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
A proactive, problem-solving approach to technical challenges.
Experience or familiarity with Python, statistics, and hypothesis testing.
Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Apache, or Google Analytics.
A genuine passion for pop culture and the fan experience.
