We are a fast-growing marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across Indonesia, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to help us turn data into clear insights that guide our decisions every day.
What you'll be doing
- Set up automated recurring workflows using Python and other tools so that reports and dashboards stay accurate and up to date.
- Handle ad-hoc data requests and analyses that give stakeholders the information they need for important business decisions.
- Partner with product managers to design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments that improve our marketplace.
What you'll bring
- At least one year of hands-on experience in a data analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for querying, transforming, and automating data processes.
- A solid grasp of A/B experimentation principles and how to apply them in a product setting.
- Comfort using spreadsheet formulas in tools such as Google Sheets or Lark to organize and analyze data.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Sharp attention to detail along with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
