The opportunity
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in scaling our operations by making reliable, accurate, and timely data accessible to everyone. You will act as a bridge between technical data and business strategy, helping our stakeholders make evidence-based decisions that accelerate sales and customer expansion. This role is perfect for someone who loves to simplify complex concepts and wants to lead our Analytics Center of Excellence, fostering a culture of rigor and transparency across the entire organization.
A day in the life
- You will perform deep dives into user behavior by utilizing regression models, cohort analyses, and user segmentation to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
- You will design and maintain automated dashboards and KPIs that empower our internal teams to make faster, more informed decisions.
- You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product departments to ensure our logging and metrics are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with our business goals.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. You have a deep technical background in data analysis and dashboard development, with specific expertise in tools like Power BI, Mongo, and DAX. You communicate fluently in English and have a knack for explaining intricate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders. You are someone who takes ownership of your projects and thrives when you are helping others understand the narrative behind the data.
