The opportunity
As our new Data Analyst you will turn scattered information into reliable guidance that helps both Factored and our clients move forward with confidence. Your analyses will sit at the center of planning, helping teams understand performance, spot new possibilities, and adjust course quickly. Because we operate fully remote, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions while enjoying the freedom to work from anywhere.
A day in the life
- You gather raw data from APIs, databases, and other sources, then clean and shape it into well-structured sets ready for deeper study.
- You run statistical tests, build models, and create visual stories that turn numbers into straightforward recommendations for colleagues and clients.
- You track key performance indicators, share regular updates with cross-functional teams, and suggest small process changes that lead to better results over time.
Who you are
You bring several years of hands-on experience turning complex data into clear direction. You are fluent in SQL and Python, comfortable applying statistical methods, and skilled at pulling information from APIs, ETL pipelines, or similar processes. You know your way around data modeling, warehousing, and visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain findings in plain English are second nature to you. Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, rounds out your profile.
