The role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Director of Technology to manage our information processing systems and provide critical operational support. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between raw data and actionable business insights by designing, testing, and maintaining data management software that supports our growth.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) program while ensuring seamless integration across our systems.
• Design and develop ETL processes to extract and load data from various on-premise and cloud sources, making information easily consumable for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department managers to build custom reports and dashboards using statistical methods to drive business decisions and workflow automation.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or at least five years of equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1-2 years of experience managing EDI processes and 1-3 years of experience as a Data Technician, Database Developer, or ETL Analyst.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with .Net Framework, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Advanced expertise in data modeling, algorithm development, and metadata management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to serve as a primary point of escalation for technical support.
