We are Connatix, a leading video technology platform that empowers major global media companies like CBS, Time Inc, and Tribune Media to grow their video advertising businesses. With a presence in New York, London, Tel Aviv, and Cluj-Napoca, we pride ourselves on being a fast-moving, innovative team. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Romania on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between complex data and actionable business insights by designing and maintaining sophisticated reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into compelling visual stories by building interactive dashboards and reports that empower our clients to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions, while also managing Tableau environment access and security.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of our data by investigating complex reporting issues, performing data quality checks, and maintaining detailed documentation of data flows and query logic.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau (Server and Desktop), including a deep understanding of BI best practices and dashboard development.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, paired with strong skills in data modeling, data warehousing, and advanced Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and a passion for fostering a self-service data culture.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in the AdTech industry, proficiency in SQL, familiarity with Salesforce-Tableau integration, and a Tableau Data Analyst certification.
