The role

We are looking for a mid-level Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our data and our strategic goals. You will translate complex information into clear insights that help our leadership, product, and monetization teams make informed decisions that shape the future of our platform.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to examine large datasets, uncovering trends and patterns that directly influence our product performance and strategic direction.
• Build and refine quantitative and statistical models to pull actionable intelligence from both structured and unstructured data.
• Communicate your findings and recommendations clearly to both technical peers and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on complex business decisions.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in data analytics and a passion for solving complex problems. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
• A solid grasp of statistical techniques, including clustering, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present to executive leadership.

Compensation and benefits
