The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will own the entire analytics lifecycle, transforming complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies. You will serve as a key partner to our leadership, software engineers, and domain experts, leading high-impact projects that directly influence our product development and business operations. If you are passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and want to work at the intersection of product and engineering, this is the perfect place for you.
A day in the life
- Analyze user behavior and customer health data to uncover insights that directly improve our platform effectiveness and guide future product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and monitor machine learning and statistical solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Work alongside our Data Engineering team to conceptualize and build automated data pipelines while defining key performance metrics for our stakeholders.
Who you are
You are a seasoned analyst who thrives in ambiguous environments and communicates complex findings with ease. We are looking for someone who brings the following expertise to our team:
- An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of experience using SQL for complex data transformation and Python for advanced analytics and modeling.
- Proven experience in building predictive models, including regression, clustering, and ensemble methods.
- Strong proficiency with Tableau for dashboard creation and AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Excellent English communication skills, with a preference for candidates who have previously collaborated with U.S.-based teams.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every voice is heard. We are an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity in all its forms. Beyond our mission-driven work, we offer the flexibility of a hybrid work model to help you balance your professional and personal life. If you are excited about this role but do not meet every single requirement listed, we still encourage you to apply, as we value potential and passion just as much as a perfect checklist.
