As we continue to grow, we are expanding our presence in India and seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our Data and Services Engineering team. Our mission is to build innovative solutions that drive platform adoption and empower data-driven decision-making across our entire organization.

Key outcomes

  • Examine core business and product data, including user behavior and customer health, to generate insights that improve platform effectiveness and guide product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, design, and deploy solutions utilizing statistics, machine learning, and operations research.
  • Work alongside our Data Engineering team to conceptualize and implement automated data pipelines for daily business management.
  • Establish key performance metrics and create automated dashboards to support stakeholders across the company.
  • Conduct independent research to uncover new analytical opportunities and lead high-impact projects that influence our business strategy.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 3 years of experience using SQL to transform complex data from warehouses like Snowflake, Postgres, or Mongo.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience building impactful reports and dashboards in Tableau.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Python and relevant libraries for data wrangling, visualization, and statistical modeling.
  • 3 years of experience developing and deploying predictive models, such as regression, classification, clustering, or recommender systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience using Git for version control and team collaboration.
  • 2 years of experience working with AWS cloud technology.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience working remotely with teams based in the United States.
