Data Analyst at Fazz

What you bring

In this full-time role, you will serve as a Junior Data Analyst based on-site in Indonesia. You will be responsible for interpreting large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable intelligence for our stakeholders. Your work will be central to how we optimize our performance and refine our internal processes. Your primary responsibilities include the following:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards to help stakeholders monitor business performance and manage daily operations.
• Conducting deep-dive analyses in partnership with various teams to generate insights and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with our product, commercial, and engineering teams to identify new opportunities and design efficient data warehouse structures.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least one year of professional experience in data analysis. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in database languages like PostgreSQL or MySQL and feels comfortable visualizing data using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker. You must be able to communicate effectively in English and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills. While not required, experience with BigQuery or a background in digital payment and PPOB business will certainly help you stand out. We value candidates who are collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to solve complex problems through rigorous analysis.
