What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Engineering Operations team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an experienced-level role where you will serve as a bridge between technical data infrastructure and actionable business strategy. You will play a vital part in ensuring our internal data systems are robust enough to support high-level reporting while delivering the insights that our internal stakeholders need to make informed decisions.

What will you do?

• Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to define data requirements and translate them into meaningful analyses.
• Partner with data engineers to provide feedback on our internal data lake structure, ensuring it remains optimized for reporting and analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and own the creation of dashboards and reports while using SQL to extract, clean, and transform large datasets.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical team members. A familiarity with data processing workflows is a significant plus.
