Archer is an aerospace company headquartered in San Jose, California, dedicated to advancing sustainable air mobility. We are currently building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft designed to carry four passengers with minimal noise. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help expand our enterprise analytics capabilities and provide the insights necessary to guide our strategic and operational decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build comprehensive dashboards, perform in-depth analysis, and expand data pipelines to support decision-making across various departments.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team to analyze flight test data, ensuring the safety and reliability of our program as we work toward type certification.
- Develop custom tools that integrate multiple data sources, including ERP systems, to help our enterprise teams make faster and more informed decisions.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or a Bachelor’s degree paired with equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of industry experience using data to uncover insights into complex problems.
- Strong proficiency in Python for analysis and SQL for querying data.
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau and cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- A creative mindset with a passion for urban mobility and a desire to solve unexplored problems in the field of sustainable transportation.
What we offer
We are committed to a pay-for-performance culture that rewards contributions to our business strategy. For this position, the base pay range is $110,400.00 to $138,000.00 USD. The final compensation offered will be determined based on your unique skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
