Key outcomes
- Design and maintain dashboards using business intelligence software to support both internal teams and customer-facing needs.
- Develop and optimize semantic data layers to facilitate self-service reporting across the organization.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders in marketing, product, and engineering departments.
- Utilize LookML to define data relationships, aggregates, and calculations within our SQL databases.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure data collection aligns with business objectives and informs future schema design.
- Improve user proficiency through documentation, training sessions, and webinars.
- Manage the administration of our business intelligence tools and resolve data integrity concerns.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or analytics.
- Proficiency in querying large-scale relational databases using SQL.
- Strong understanding of programming logic and language syntax.
- Experience working with web-based business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences.
- A proactive interest in experimenting with AI tools.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The starting base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 USD per year. In addition to base pay, this position includes equity compensation and access to our comprehensive benefits package. We operate with a remote-first culture that prioritizes flexibility and collaboration across time zones.
