Data Analyst at Presto

At Flipster we are building a next-generation cryptocurrency futures exchange that connects investors with new opportunities in digital assets. Our platform focuses on making trading simpler and more accessible, especially for people new to crypto, while supporting the growth of innovative projects through data-driven product decisions.

The role

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join us full time in a remote capacity. In this position you will work closely with product and design teams to turn user behavior and trading data into clear recommendations that improve the exchange experience.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and designers to guide feature development and optimization using data insights.
• Run statistical analyses, design A/B tests, and measure performance to identify what drives user engagement and trading activity.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting tools that make key metrics accessible across the company.

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field and have at least four years of experience in analytics or a comparable role. Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets are required, along with hands-on experience conducting product analyses such as cohort, retention, and LTV studies as well as designing and running A/B tests that led to measurable improvements. You should be able to define and evaluate causal relationships between feature changes and key metrics. Business-level proficiency in Korean or English is essential. Familiarity with BigQuery, Python, or Airflow, prior work in cryptocurrency or fintech, and exposure to machine learning or AI applications are viewed as strong advantages.
