What you bring
As a Senior Data Analyst working in a full-time capacity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy. You will be responsible for tracking user interactions and monitoring the performance of our AI systems to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience. This position is based on-site, and you will be expected to handle the following core responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining robust tracking setups, primarily using Google Analytics.
- Analyzing our AI agent systems to interpret user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Creating clear, actionable dashboards and reports that track essential KPIs like active users and conversion rates for our entire team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in web and product analytics, specifically with Google Analytics. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with AI agent systems and has practical experience with evaluation methods for AI performance. You should possess a proactive mindset and the ability to translate complex data sets into insights that are easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand. Proficiency in the German language is required. While not strictly mandatory, having skills in SQL, Python, or R, along with experience in dashboarding tools, will be considered a significant advantage.
