Role at a glance
We are seeking a mid-level Data Analyst to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Italy, where you will play a vital part in managing our digital infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our internal teams through expert administration and compliance oversight.
Your impact
- Take charge of our SharePoint environment by optimizing data management, designing effective solutions, and providing ongoing maintenance to keep our global teams connected.
- Serve as a key document controller, ensuring that operational documentation is accurate, accessible, and handled in a timely manner while providing responsive support for helpdesk inquiries.
- Act as a data protection clerk to champion GDPR compliance, manage data access guidelines, and protect our digital assets against evolving threats.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SharePoint administration, document management systems, and data protection legislation.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
