By utilizing conversational AI, machine learning, and intelligent process automation, we help Fortune 100 brands across banking, healthcare, and insurance modernize their digital journeys. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis in Bangalore. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with our Engineering and Customer Success departments to transform complex data into meaningful business insights that help our clients reach their goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns, using statistical techniques to generate actionable business insights.
- Design and maintain polished, customer-ready data visualization dashboards and reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Proactively improve and automate existing data processes to increase efficiency and ensure high-quality, accurate reporting across multiple projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess 2 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a SaaS environment. You must have a strong technical foundation, including SQL and Excel proficiency, along with expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase. We value candidates who are excellent listeners and communicators, as you will need to translate business needs into effective data solutions. A proactive mindset, a high level of organization, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment are essential for this position.
