Data Analyst at Connatix

We are Connatix, the leading video platform for publishers. We empower the world's largest media companies, such as CBS, Time Inc, and Tribune Media, to manage their video advertising businesses. With a global presence spanning New York, London, Tel Aviv, and our office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Responsibilities

• Translate complex business ideas into clear, actionable insights by creating sophisticated data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and developers to define project requirements, manage technical architecture, and ensure the high quality of all reporting solutions.
• Maintain the integrity of our data environment by managing user access, performing administrative duties, and troubleshooting complex data issues to support a self-service data culture.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Server and Desktop, including a strong grasp of BI best practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and SQL, with the ability to work effectively with large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and a talent for creating wireframes that effectively tell a story through data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with business stakeholders and internal customers.
• Preferred qualifications include a Tableau Data Analyst certification, experience with Salesforce integration, and a background in the AdTech industry.
