We are Connatix, the leading video platform for publishers. We empower the world's largest media companies, such as CBS, Time Inc, and Tribune Media, to manage their video advertising businesses. With a global presence spanning New York, London, Tel Aviv, and our office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Responsibilities
- Translate complex business ideas into clear, actionable insights by creating sophisticated data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and developers to define project requirements, manage technical architecture, and ensure the high quality of all reporting solutions.
- Maintain the integrity of our data environment by managing user access, performing administrative duties, and troubleshooting complex data issues to support a self-service data culture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Server and Desktop, including a strong grasp of BI best practices.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and SQL, with the ability to work effectively with large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and a talent for creating wireframes that effectively tell a story through data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with business stakeholders and internal customers.
- Preferred qualifications include a Tableau Data Analyst certification, experience with Salesforce integration, and a background in the AdTech industry.
