Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst III to join our Data and Insights team. This is a full-time, individual contributor position that offers a hybrid work environment. Whether you are based near our New York City or Denver offices or working remotely, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our analytical standards and demonstrating our impact to clients and partners.
Your impact
- Develop comprehensive analytics that track engagement with our application and provide actionable insights for our clinical management programs.
- Analyze complex datasets, including medical claims and member interactions, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for better care navigation.
- Drive the evolution of our analytical infrastructure by implementing automated reporting, data preparation tools, and scalable data processes.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a strong background in quantitative analytics. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in quantitative analytics, specifically within the healthcare sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database structures.
- Strong scripting skills in Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services, preferably AWS.
- A proven ability to communicate complex findings to executive teams and clients through clear memos and presentations.
- A commitment to technical excellence, including experience with version control and data transformation platforms like DBT.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000, with final offers influenced by your geographic location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
