You are not looking for just another run-of-the-mill job. You want to join a team that thrives on big ideas and refuses to back down. The Daily Wire started as a small project and quickly evolved into one of the fastest-growing conservative media outlets in the United States. We produce investigative journalism, chart-topping podcasts, and original entertainment that sets the national conversation. We are looking for someone who wants to be at the center of that action.
What is this role?
We are searching for a Data Analyst II to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between raw numbers and strategic growth. You will report directly to our Senior Data Scientist and help us turn complex data into the narratives that drive our business forward.
What will you do?
- Empower self-service analytics by building intuitive dashboards and data models that allow your colleagues across the company to find their own answers and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Analyze user behavior by dissecting journeys across our digital products, identifying trends, and uncovering the motivations that drive engagement and retention.
- Act as the voice of data by translating complex findings into compelling stories that inform strategy for our product, marketing, finance, and ad sales teams.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment. You are a storyteller at heart who knows how to make data accessible to everyone. Your technical toolkit should include:
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- A strong grasp of business intelligence concepts and growth-focused metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
- The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-growth setting.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive environment where your contributions directly impact our growth. Our benefits package includes:
- Paid time off to ensure you have time to recharge.
- A 401k plan to help you save for the future.
