We are looking for a Data Analyst II to join our team in the United States. The Daily Wire is a prominent conservative media organization that has rapidly evolved from a startup into a powerhouse for news, opinion, and entertainment. Founded by Ben Shapiro and Jeremy Boreing, we produce investigative journalism, chart-topping podcasts, and diverse entertainment content. We pride ourselves on setting trends rather than following them, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment to help us continue our growth.
Key outcomes
- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and data models that empower our internal teams to perform self-service analytics.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into user behavior across our digital platforms to identify trends and engagement drivers.
- Act as a storyteller for our data, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders in product, marketing, finance, and ad sales.
- Monitor and optimize business-critical metrics, including funnel performance, churn, and retention, to improve overall business outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments to champion a data-driven culture and identify new opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business intelligence or data analysis, ideally within a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective data dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data narratives to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
We offer a competitive benefits package to support our employees, which includes paid time off and a 401k plan.
