This is a hybrid position that requires someone capable of bridging the gap between data engineering, product management, and business ownership.
Core responsibilities

- Lead deep-dive investigations into A/B and multivariate tests, providing strategic recommendations that drive product evolution.
- Develop advanced analytical models and tools that enhance our experimentation platform and increase the velocity and reliability of our testing framework.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in technology and engineering, specifically within e-commerce or digital product environments. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Expertise in hierarchical Bayesian models and familiarity with econometric methods such as IV regression and RDD.
- Proficiency in Python for statistical computing, including experience with tools like Stan or TensorFlow Probability.
- Practical knowledge of Cloud environments, such as GCP or AWS.
- Experience working with BI tools like Looker or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills in English to facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.

- Hybrid work arrangements to provide flexibility.
- Health insurance coverage for your entire family.
- Access to a flexible benefits program and well-being tools.
- Extra days off, a sabbatical program, and dedicated time to give back to the community.
