About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst, Ad Lead Generation to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our product, marketing, and finance departments. Your primary objective will be to leverage our vast repository of transaction and usage data to uncover opportunities that drive product adoption and business growth. This is a hybrid position based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze company databases to optimize product development, refine marketing strategies, and improve overall business performance.
• Design and refine SQL queries to extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets while solving intricate business challenges.
• Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and quantitative models to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and a pragmatic, curious mindset. We require the following qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience working with SQL, including proficiency in subqueries, joins, window functions, and dynamic queries.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience utilizing Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into insights for diverse stakeholders, including leadership teams.
• A solid understanding of data flows and their interaction with core business processes.

Location

This position is based in the Philippines and operates on a hybrid work schedule.
