CommScope is looking for a DAS/Small Cell Account Manager

At CommScope, we are dedicated to building the connectivity that powers the way people live, work, and learn. We push the limits of communication technology to support advancements like 5G and the Internet of Things. We are currently seeking a DAS/Small Cell Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will represent our Intelligent Cellular Networks group by managing relationships and driving growth across a region that includes Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, and the Dakotas. We are looking for someone based in the Denver, Kansas City, Minneapolis, or St. Louis metro areas to help us connect the world.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying new leads to coordinating resources for solution development and negotiating final contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with mobile network operators, neutral host providers, installation contractors, and distribution partners.
  • Take ownership of revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, and project management to ensure we meet our financial and operational objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales or sales engineering.
  • A deep technical and business understanding of DAS and indoor small cell solutions.
  • Current residency in the Minneapolis, Denver, St. Louis, or Kansas City metropolitan areas.
  • A proven ability to navigate complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strongly preferred: Prior experience working with mobile network operators and in-building service firms within the Plains States region.

What we offer

The anticipated total compensation range for this position, which includes both base salary and participation in our Sales Incentive Plan, is $140,000 to $210,000. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term security, including:
