Role at a glance

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Assistant on a permanent, full-time contract. The role is fully remote and based in Wales, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in the country while staying closely connected to our Welsh-speaking communities.

Your impact

• Expand Twinkl Cymru’s presence on Facebook, Instagram and emerging platforms by creating scroll-stopping content, running targeted campaigns and spotting fresh ways to reach Welsh educators.
• Track engagement data, surface key trends and turn insights into clear recommendations that shape our next moves and keep our content relevant.
• Partner with the Wales Country Manager and the wider content team to promote new resources, gather real-time feedback from teachers and translate their needs into sharper marketing ideas.

What you'll need

Fluency in both Welsh and English is essential; you’ll be the voice of Twinkl Cymru across every channel. You bring solid experience in digital marketing, understand how to craft engaging posts, newsletters and assets, and feel confident using social-media management and analytics tools. Strong organisational skills, an analytical eye for data and a genuine enthusiasm for education in Wales will set you apart.

Perks and compensation

We offer a salary of £22,308 – £25,000, reviewed according to experience.
