Cycle Senior Product Operations Manager at Scale to Win

Scale to Win is a remote-first technology company dedicated to empowering progressive movements. Founded in 2020 by veteran organizers from major presidential campaigns, we build essential tools like the Spoke P2P texting platform, our predictive Dialer, and the new Scale to Win Text tool. We currently support over 3,000 progressive organizations and campaigns, including the Democratic National Committee and various labor unions, by providing the technology and services necessary to drive meaningful political change.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our team for a full-time, temporary cycle hire through December 31st, 2024. In this senior-level role, you will be instrumental in managing the beta phase and strategic planning for our newest product, Scale to Win Text. You will work remotely from anywhere, collaborating with our team to refine our user experience and ensure our tools continue to meet the high demands of the progressive political landscape.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the collection and synthesis of user feedback through interviews and data analysis to drive actionable improvements for our texting tools.
• Oversee the quality assurance process by coordinating with our QA team to ensure rigorous testing of new features and bug fixes.
• Conduct in-depth competitor research to maintain a comprehensive guidebook that positions our products effectively within the market.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in product management and a passion for progressive politics. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least four years of experience in product management, technology, or political organizing.
• Exceptional project management skills with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A creative, self-starting mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations and prioritize competing tasks.
• Proficiency in English and a willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends during peak election periods.
• Experience with tools like Figma and familiarity with voter contact technology are considered significant assets.

Compensation and benefits

We believe in transparency and equity, which is why our salaries are non-negotiable and standardized for the role. The annualized salary for this position is 95,000 USD.
