As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will report directly to our Chief Information Officer and take ownership of our access management, security awareness, and endpoint protection strategies. You will be instrumental in building a robust framework that protects our infrastructure and data, ensuring that security is a foundational element of every project we undertake.
Key outcomes
- Design and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies to ensure secure monitoring and enforcement of least privilege access.
- Lead our employee cybersecurity awareness program, which includes conducting training sessions, running awareness campaigns, and managing our corporate security newsletter.
- Oversee our vulnerability assessment platform to ensure comprehensive asset coverage and coordinate remediation efforts with our infrastructure team.
- Direct the deployment and configuration of our CrowdStrike XDR platform, including active monitoring and incident response to mitigate emerging threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security architecture, such as network segmentation and data encryption, into our broader technical ecosystem.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations and provide regular reporting on our security posture to leadership.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in designing and managing enterprise-level PAM solutions.
- Hands-on technical expertise with CrowdStrike Falcon X, Falcon Endpoint Protection, and Threat Graph.
- A deep understanding of the current cybersecurity landscape, common attack vectors, and core security principles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Previous experience working within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or incident response team.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS and GDPR.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $165,000 USD.
