Cybersecurity Engineer at rag & bone

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at rag & bone, a brand known for its commitment to quality and design. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be instrumental in protecting our infrastructure and data by leading our efforts in access management, endpoint protection, and security awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Privileged Access Management strategies to ensure secure monitoring and control of administrative accounts.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of our XDR platforms while actively monitoring and responding to security incidents.
• Build and maintain an employee awareness program, including conducting training sessions and publishing internal security newsletters.
• Manage our vulnerability assessment platform to ensure all company assets are monitored and remediated effectively.
• Collaborate with our infrastructure and delivery teams to integrate security best practices into our development processes from the start.
• Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations and provide regular reports on our overall security posture to leadership.

Must-haves

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-level Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Hands-on technical expertise with CrowdStrike tools, specifically Falcon X, Endpoint Protection, and Threat Graph.
• A deep understanding of current cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and common attack vectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical security concepts to non-technical team members.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Previous experience working within a SOC or incident response team.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks like GDPR or PCI DSS.

Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $165,000 USD.
