By blending cutting-edge technology with sharp human intuition, we work tirelessly to ensure our systems remain resilient and our data stays protected. We are looking for a passionate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to help us stay one step ahead of potential risks.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis in India. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a vital line of defense, utilizing your expertise to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents. You will play a key role in shaping our security posture by bridging the gap between technical monitoring and strategic decision-making. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain compliance, mitigate vulnerabilities, and uphold the integrity of our infrastructure.
A day in the life
- You will actively monitor our digital environment using SIEM and XDR platforms to identify and triage potential threats, ensuring that false positives are filtered out and genuine attacks are addressed immediately.
- You will conduct deep-dive investigations into security incidents, performing root cause analysis and providing actionable guidance to our infrastructure teams to contain and remediate threats.
- You will draft formal, technical incident reports and performance summaries that provide clarity to senior leadership and help us refine our detection content and security policies.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in information security and a knack for solving complex problems. You communicate clearly in English and possess the ability to influence others while maintaining strong professional relationships. Your profile likely includes:
- A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in areas such as incident response, network operations, or enterprise risk management.
- Demonstrated expertise with regulatory frameworks like NIST, ISO 27000, or COBIT.
- A CompTIA CySA+ certification or equivalent technical proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, vulnerability assessment tools, and network monitoring technologies.
- A sharp mind for critical thinking, with the ability to weigh costs and benefits when making high-stakes security decisions.
Why you'll love it here
We value the balance between focused office collaboration and the flexibility of working from home. By joining our team, you will enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to maintain productivity in a way that suits your lifestyle while remaining deeply connected to our mission and your colleagues.
