About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be a vital part of our security operations, focusing on firewall configurations, VPN management, and the ongoing maintenance of our security infrastructure to ensure our systems remain resilient and protected.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot firewall configurations, including the oversight of 34 active VPN connections, while providing technical support to our infrastructure and development teams.
- Oversee DNS records, WAF rules, and API rate limiting within Cloudflare, while also managing email security policies and attachments through Mimecast.
- Monitor alerts across our security stack, including Crowdstrike and other solutions, to ensure prompt incident response and accurate documentation of all security processes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Cybersecurity or Engineering.
- At least 4 years of professional experience working within a cybersecurity function.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with tools such as Palo Alto firewalls, Cloudflare, Mimecast, and CrowdStrike.
Location
This position is based in Mexico and requires an on-site presence.
