This is a newly created position where you will take ownership of security platforms and projects, ensuring our digital assets remain protected against evolving threats. You will collaborate closely with our infrastructure team and technology partners to drive security initiatives that support our corporate objectives.
A day in the life
- You will lead the development of our cyber security roadmap, identifying key areas for improvement and executing projects to strengthen our overall security posture.
- You will manage and optimize our security tools, while also acting as the primary liaison for our Managed Detection and Response services to ensure high-quality governance and reporting.
- You will investigate potential security incidents, lead our response efforts, and work across various business units to remediate vulnerabilities and implement long-term improvements.
Who you are
You are a resourceful, senior-level professional with a strong technical background and a drive to stay ahead of the latest threat landscapes. You communicate clearly and effectively, whether you are consulting with business lines or collaborating with technical peers. Your background includes:
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, with 4 years specifically focused on designing security solutions and managing incident response.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a combination of equivalent certifications and professional experience.
- Deep technical proficiency in endpoint protection, network security, identity management, and data protection.
- A solid understanding of security frameworks like NIST CSF and CIS CSC, as well as familiarity with SOX and ITGC requirements.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell is highly valued, as are certifications like the Microsoft Certified Cyber Security Architect Expert or SANS certifications.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States, as we do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
