The opportunity

We are looking for a Cyber Risk Specialist and Cybersecurity Reporting & Analytics Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between various data sources and our leadership team, transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the key performance and risk indicators that guide our security posture. By consolidating data from across the organization, you will provide the visibility needed for our program owners and senior leaders to monitor controls and ensure we remain secure and compliant in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life

• You will oversee the entire reporting lifecycle, from capturing raw data at the source to developing and delivering final, high-impact dashboards and reports.
• You will act as a primary subject matter expert, engaging with stakeholders across technology, finance, legal, and compliance to review findings and address questions regarding our risk metrics.
• You will design and implement iterative analytic tools that allow us to scale our reporting capabilities while maintaining strict consistency and auditability across all security frameworks.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a background in Information Security and Data Analytics, ideally with at least five years of experience within the financial services sector. You possess a strong grasp of risk management and project management principles, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of regulatory requirements. You hold a relevant industry certification, such as a CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC, and you have a proven ability to translate technical data into strategic narratives. Because you will be collaborating with diverse teams, you are an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
