As we pursue our goal of becoming the premier provider of marketing automation solutions across Europe and Latin America, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Technician to join our growing technical team.
Key outcomes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, acting as a bridge between our sales department and various internal technology teams.
- Guide new clients through the integration process to ensure they derive maximum value from our platform.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents occurring within our production environment.
- Maintain clear reporting on identified issues to support ongoing platform stability.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Level 2 Support Technician.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database operations.
- Comfortable working within a Linux environment using the terminal.
- Ability to interpret and analyze server, application, and web logs.
- Fluency in English.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance the need for robust solutions with the speed required for rapid deployment.
- A proactive approach to monitoring key performance metrics to detect and address issues early.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience managing direct user interactions.
- The ability to read and understand code developed by other team members.
- A creative perspective on identifying and defining improvements for our platform.
