Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Belgium, where you will oversee our support operations, manage external partnerships, and ensure our internal team delivers consistent, high-quality service.
Your impact
- Take charge of our telephony environment by managing call flows and analyzing performance data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our external helpdesk partners to ensure service levels are consistently met.
- Drive performance management by coaching the team, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring all customer-focused SLAs are strictly followed.
What you'll need
You should be a proactive problem solver with a strong background in customer success or support environments. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- Proven experience in a senior customer-facing role.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.
- A genuine interest in the retail or wholesale industries.
- A sharp eye for managing knowledge bases and internal processes.
