At SurePay, we are the team behind the IBAN-Name Check, the green check mark in banking apps that confirms payments are going to the right person. We have processed over 10 billion checks, helping to stop fraud for more than 200 banks and 300 corporates across Europe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our hybrid team in the Netherlands and help us maintain the high standard of service our users rely on every day.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for our support desk, resolving customer inquiries with speed, accuracy, and a personal touch.
- Monitor system alerts, investigate potential issues, and flag technical concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Contribute to our business operations by assisting with tasks like certificate management, RFP responses, and internal process improvements.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical puzzles and is eager to learn how a fintech company operates behind the scenes. You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your work. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of APIs.
- Prior experience in a B2B customer support, service desk, or business operations environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, HubSpot, or Confluence.
- A structured, problem-solving mindset that allows you to spot issues before they escalate.
