We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team at our flagship European brand experience space in Kings Cross, London. Since 2019, Samsung KX has served as a dynamic hub where guests discover, interact, and learn through immersive workshops and events, and we want you to help us deliver that ultimate experience.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Kingdom. We are seeking an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of the customer repair journey. You will work 37.5 hours per week and must have full schedule flexibility to meet the needs of our vibrant space.
Your impact
- Lead the initial stages of the customer repair journey by performing expert diagnostic tests and consultations for mobile phones, tablets, and wearables.
- Provide comprehensive customer education and troubleshooting support, both in-person at our Support Lounge and through remote video calls.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities for device upgrades or trade-ins, ensuring every recommendation is tailored to the specific needs of the individual.
What you'll need
- A genuine passion for technology and the Samsung brand, paired with a hands-on approach to fixing technical issues.
- Proven experience in conducting one-on-one customer consultations and managing a diverse range of client interactions.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic focused on continuous performance improvement.
- Fluency in English.
- A solid understanding of diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting procedures.
