What you'll be doing

• You will resolve customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring that every interaction is handled with speed and accuracy.
• You will troubleshoot technical challenges related to eCommerce platforms, including payment settings, shipping configurations, shopping carts, and marketplace integrations.
• You will act as an educator for our users, helping them understand our services better while contributing helpful content to our internal knowledge base.

What you'll bring

• Fluency in French, with a preference for French Canadian speakers.
• Proven experience in a technical customer support environment, specifically managing interactions through phone or email.
