Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Canada, requiring you to work from our office in Toronto's financial district two days per week. You will be the go-to person for guiding users through our platform, resolving queries, and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience.
Your impact
- Manage the end-to-end support process by responding to inquiries via ticketing systems, email, live chat, and phone.
- Drive user adoption by onboarding new clients and guiding them through our platform features.
- Act as a product advocate by identifying common issues, suggesting process improvements, and sharing valuable user feedback with our internal teams.
What you'll need
- Previous experience in a customer support role, ideally within the fintech or hi-tech sectors.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
- Practical experience using CRM and ticketing systems to manage workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Availability for occasional business travel, typically once or twice per year.
