At Matic, we are working to give people back the time they lose to household chores by building advanced home robotics. Our flagship product is a floor-cleaning robot that utilizes spatial AI, real-time 3D mapping, and on-device processing to navigate homes safely while keeping user data private. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our collaborative, on-site team in the United States and help us deliver a top-tier experience as we scale our operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic, clear, and prompt support to customers across email, chat, and phone channels.
- Take full ownership of support tickets from the initial inquiry through to a confirmed resolution.
- Work closely with our engineering and product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Identify recurring product trends or process bottlenecks by analyzing support data and providing actionable feedback.
- Develop and manage internal knowledge bases and FAQ resources to help customers find answers quickly.
- Refine our support workflows to ensure our systems remain efficient as our customer base grows.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a customer support or success role, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.
- Proficiency with ticketing platforms and support software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English while working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A comfortable, hands-on attitude toward working in a startup atmosphere.
