Backed by leading education and technology investors, we operate across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote, full-time team and help millions of learners succeed.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of customer emails, identify needs, and provide timely guidance so learners stay on track with their goals.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical questions, investigate configuration issues, and coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Channel teams to resolve them.
- Manage onboarding and setup for new customers, correctly tag every interaction, and analyze recurring requests to suggest improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience providing customer support via email or phone, with proven ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to write concise, professional messages and exercise diplomacy under pressure.
- Comfort troubleshooting technical issues, patience when guiding users, and the capacity to work a 40-hour remote schedule.
- Proficiency with standard customer-service tools; experience with Zendesk is helpful but not required.
