What you bring

This part-time internship is perfect for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. You will be based on-site in the Netherlands, working directly with our Customer Experience team to ensure our users have the best possible journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer inquiries through email and chat to provide timely and professional support.
• Taking a proactive approach to address user needs and analyze ticket patterns to suggest meaningful improvements.
• Maintaining and expanding our Knowledge Base by updating existing articles and creating new content for feature releases.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is currently pursuing or has recently finished a degree in a field like business, communications, or technology. You should have excellent written communication skills and a natural customer-focused mindset. We value candidates who are proactive, responsible, and possess a sharp eye for detail. While not required, having a basic understanding of ticketing systems, chat platforms, or tools like Hotjar is certainly a plus. You must be comfortable working in English as you collaborate with our team.
