What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert assistance and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our software and hardware products.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by analyzing requests and following established procedures via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate documentation by logging all incoming support tickets and keeping them updated with relevant progress notes and internal feedback.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have between one and three years of professional experience in a customer service or support environment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Dutch, English, and French.
- Technical familiarity with MS Office, as well as ERP, CRM, and WMS applications.
- A solid understanding of Windows environments, hardware, and peripheral devices.
- Basic knowledge of networking and server concepts, such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and firewalls.
- A naturally helpful, communicative, and customer-oriented personality.
