Role at a glance

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position located in Belgium, offering a hybrid work model that balances office collaboration with the flexibility of working from home.

Your impact

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert assistance and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve functional issues related to our software and hardware products through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Manage the support ticket lifecycle by logging requests, documenting actions, and escalating complex issues to second-line experts when necessary.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical aptitude and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in a customer service or support role.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience using ERP, CRM, and WMS applications.
• A solid grasp of Windows environments, along with foundational knowledge of networking, servers, and hardware peripherals.
• A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to diagnose technical problems efficiently.
