What you bring
As a Junior Customer Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in our full-time hybrid team based in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring they receive high-quality service while gaining exposure to cloud platforms, SaaS environments, and speech recognition technology. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-level support for our product offerings and managing internal SaaS platforms.
- Triaging incoming support requests from internal and external contacts while adhering to service level agreements.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our support documentation, processes, and team methods.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is eager to grow into advanced technical support roles. You should possess strong logical troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. While we value technical proficiency, we are committed to mentoring you, so you do not need prior experience in speech recognition to succeed here. You should have a solid foundation in Linux, CLI scripting, RESTful APIs, and web technologies like JavaScript. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as is a process-driven mindset focused on efficiency and detail.
