The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is the bridge between our technology and our users. You will be the technical expert who ensures our customers have a seamless experience, acting as a vital partner to our Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams. By diving deep into our platform to resolve complex issues and identifying the root causes of bugs, you will play a key role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring our infrastructure remains world-class.
A day in the life
- You will spend your time actively debugging and troubleshooting production systems to resolve customer issues, ensuring that our integrations remain reliable and efficient.
- You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to translate the feedback you gather from customers into actionable features that influence our future development.
- You will maintain clear, proactive communication with our users, keeping them informed while documenting solutions to help build a robust knowledge base for the entire company.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer with over 3 years of experience, ideally within a SaaS or technical support environment. You are comfortable writing code every single day and possess a strong technical foundation that allows you to solve complex problems with ease. Your profile includes:
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, including both frontend and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, MongoDB, and AWS.
- A solid understanding of third-party APIs, databases, and authentication mechanisms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to anyone.
- A customer-centric mindset and a collaborative spirit, as you will be working across teams to drive continuous improvement.
