We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team, responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner while accurately documenting interactions. You’ll dig into technical and operational issues, escalate the tricky ones to our expert teams, and help keep our support knowledge up to date. Your day to day will include:

Affinity to a customer support role, with sound technical knowledge and skills.
