About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive professional and timely assistance across various communication channels. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service while helping us refine our internal knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and documented accurately.
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical and operational issues, escalating more complex cases to our specialized teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our customer service knowledge base to ensure our information remains current and helpful.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a blend of technical aptitude and a genuine desire to help others. We value the following qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A high level of organization and a talent for clear documentation.
- Familiarity with customer service software, paired with a willingness to learn new tools.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, which include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is considered an advantage.
Location
This position is based on-site in our award-winning office in Hungary.
