We are Griffin, a fully regulated bank and technology platform designed for companies that want to build and launch their own financial products. We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our growing team and help us set a new standard for customer experience in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, troubleshooting issues and helping them navigate our products effectively.
Deliver prompt, high-quality support across multiple channels while keeping users updated on the status of their requests.
Develop and maintain internal knowledge base articles and external support documentation.
Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for improvements to our products, processes, and communications.

Must-haves

Prior experience in a customer support role, ideally within the fintech or banking sectors.
A proven ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a focus on positive customer outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine passion for writing clear and readable documentation.
Strong empathy and a desire to provide meaningful, supportive assistance to our users.
Comfortable learning and adopting new software tools for collaboration and documentation.
A flexible, supportive mindset suited for a high-trust, hybrid-remote environment.
