The opportunity
As a Customer Support Associate & Researcher, you will become a vital voice for the SSL Certificates issued by GoDaddy and Starfield Technologies. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Romania where you will help our customers navigate the complex world of certificate validation. You will play a key role in our goal to remain the number one SSL provider globally, ensuring that our users have the security and support they need to succeed online.
A day in the life
- You will research SSL certificate requests to gather necessary documentation and proofs, ensuring all data is securely stored and meets our strict auditing standards.
- You will guide customers through the validation process via phone, chat, and email, explaining technical policies and procedures in a clear and helpful manner.
- You will act as a product expert, reviewing customer documents for validity and synthesizing market insights to provide top-tier service.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a knack for multitasking and can keep your cool when handling time-sensitive tasks. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of delivering results.
- A passion for customer service and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with PKI processes and SSL industry standards is a significant advantage.
