The role
We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is eager to act as the face of Xealth to our partners and health systems. You will provide essential level 1 support, triage technical issues, and help us build out our support function as we scale. You will report directly to our Senior Customer Support Engineer, with additional guidance from our SVP of Customer Success.
Core responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional first-line support to our customers via phone, email, and chat while documenting interactions in our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, including FAQs and how-to guides, to empower customers and improve the overall user experience.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in technology and a genuine desire to help others. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A basic understanding of networking concepts, software applications, and computer systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach to your work.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, ePHI, and EHR systems like Epic or Cerner is highly preferred.
- Experience with SQL or other scripting languages is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- You must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident capable of passing a FACIS check.
Compensation and benefits
